Vectortown.com is aiming to be a global community of serious illustrators, designers and artists who have a desire to showcase their vector artwork. Our goal is to promote the artists within community and to further the exposure of this exciting and vibrant art form. Our mission:

• Promote the artists in the community, exposing them to specific demographics of potential contractors, patrons, and viewers.
• Increase the awareness of this art form.
• Help new artists access the this style of art with educational, and inspirational content.
• Do we need another art community?

Well who knows, quite frankly our hope is that Vectortown will be more than just another art community simply by virtue of its speciality, and by the quality of the artwork presented.

Vectortown will also feature a ‘Masters’ section, which will be reserved for those in the community that have truly excpetional technical and illustration ability. This section will act as a motivation and inspiration to everyday viewers and other community members as well.

Who are the primary forces behind this?

Chris Arldge of Steel Dolphin Creative is the originator and designer/developer of Vectortown.com.

Sean Glendinning of Octane Development is supplying the hosting and will be the engineering lead for the site and its member adminsitration.
